Dr. Walther has been the shareholder-managing director of primus consulting group, headquartered in Martinsried near Munich, since 2007. Beforehand, he spent over twenty years working in an international pharmaceutical corporation and in medical technology in the areas of Management, Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management and Healthcare Policy in national and international management.

Dr. Walther is therefore acutely familiar with the challenges in the healthcare market both from an industry and a consulting perspective.

Before that, he headed all of the primary market research (qualitative and quantitative) of primus swot GmbH in Martinsried as a chief executive. Beforehand, he spent over twenty years working in an international pharmaceutical corporation and in medical technology in the areas of Management, Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management and Healthcare Policy in national and international management.

As a partner of primus creative marketing GmbH in Martinsried, Mr. Konrad leads the whole area of brand development/brand management within the primus group and has been a partner and chief executive of primus consulting group GmbH since 2010. Beforehand, he spent over ten years as a partner/as chief executive of the ServicePlan group in international strategy projects in the pharmaceutical, automotive, finance, and media industries.
